About The Position

This role involves performing janitorial duties within a manufacturing plant, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various areas including restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, and office spaces. Adaptability to the established work schedule is essential.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety rules and practices.
Willing and able to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant.
Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have regular and predictable attendance.
Have ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform assigned tasks.
Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements necessary for the job.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties within the manufacturing plant as needed and assigned by supervisor.
Safely maintain and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ensure cleanliness of all restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, office areas, and other areas of the plant as assigned.
Adaptable to established work schedule.
