About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join their team, serving public school customers. This full-time position involves maintaining cleanliness and fulfilling various tasks within school facilities. The ideal candidate is 18 years or older, possesses a positive attitude, is a team player, customer service-focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and has reliable transportation. Leadership experience is required. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Responsibilities

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Answer Biohazard clean up calls during the school day
• Fulfill customer requests
• Cleaning of common areas
• Dust mopping of hallways
• Lunch set up and take down (must be able to lift and move cafe tables)
• Pool Maintenance (Must be able to get Certified Pool Operator License)
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
• Come to work consistently
• Follow GRBS Process
• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift
