About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements

- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize workout areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces and equipment as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and maintain proper disposal of waste.
- Refill restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Keep floors and high-traffic areas clean and safe.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, spills, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
- Help maintain an organized and professional appearance throughout the facility.
- Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
