About The Position

Parkshore Juanita Bay is a brand-new senior living community in Kirkland’s beautiful Juanita Bay neighborhood. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred
Friendly customer service skills.
First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
Completion of a background check.
May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
Work carefully, making sure to follow SDS, safety, and related regulations.
Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.
Keep common areas clean and orderly
Report and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.
Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
Other duties as assigned.
