Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• Must be able to work the required evening schedule
• Ability to comprehend basic written and oral instructions.
• Should be pleasant and courteous.
• Ability to cooperate with others, good personal and grooming habits.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly working area to maximize efficiency.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as task requires.
• Ability to use hands finger, feel or handle as task requires.
• Ability to use arms to reach, climb or balance as task requires.
• The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee will be required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
• Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and move up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of custodial related field helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, offices, and public areas following proper cleaning procedures.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and empty trash in public areas.
• Attention to detail specific areas of dusting of desktops and fixtures.
• Ability to perform all aspects of vacuuming of carpets in offices under desk and edges.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
