About The Position

We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

Requirements

• Experience operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand labels and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with residents and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and support a resident-centered experience.
• Set up and take down meeting spaces and equipment for resident and public events, including tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment.
• Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines while cleaning assigned areas.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor waxing, window washing, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures, respond calmly in emergency situations, and perform other duties as assigned.
