About The Position
The Custodian @ Woodland Terrace provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Schedule: PT | 3pm -7pm (3-4 days a week) 8-4 on Saturdays.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- High school graduate preferred
- Six months to one year of custodial experience
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
- Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
