About the Role : working 3pm-11pm The Custodian is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all company facilities and grounds to maintain housekeeping standards.

Requirements

High School diploma is required.
2 or more years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial field preferred
Must maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a means of transportation for commuting between facilities
Knowledge of proper cleaning practices for commercial spaces
Maintain confidentiality from potential exposure to sensitive information.
Good communication skills and self-motivated to work on a shift with no direct supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains building, facilities, and equipment.
Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a sanitary, healthy work environment.
Removes and disposes of trash, recycling, and other waste.
Provides custodial and minor buildings maintenance services including but not limited to restroom service, floor finishing, dusting, and refuse disposal.
Assists with clearing snow when necessary.
Additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
