About The Position

Beacon Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our custodial team. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon Group creates opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. We serve nearly 2000 people with disabilities each year by providing job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs. Responsibilities

• Adhere to training as assigned by Custodial Account Manager, Custodial Lead, or designated trainer. Training may be written, oral, computer based, or on the job training.
• Adhere to all Beacon Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, and customer site policies.
• Ensure assigned spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash/recycle, organizing furniture, & dusting surfaces.
• Sweep / mop hard surface floors, vacuum carpeted areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom/shower fixtures.
• Stock consumable supplies in break areas and restrooms or other areas as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, or other access media.
• Report stolen or misplaced access media to leadership immediately.
• Ability to act in a professional manner and communicate with building tenants and custodial leadership.
• Must be able to pass any background/drug screens.
