Job Title: Custodian Department: Facilities Fixed Hourly Wage: $18.50 Position Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Monday- Friday, 3 pm to 11:30 pm Direct Supervisor: Facilities Maintenance Manager Work Environment: Works both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Drives company vehicle to all KCR sites. Job Summary As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as taking care of more extensive cleaning projects when needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and have a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants.
