About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals 18 years of age or older with a positive attitude, who are team players, customer service focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation to join our family. No experience is needed. Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. This role involves serving public school customers by performing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other assigned cleaning tasks. Summer work includes carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing floors. Snow removal is also a responsibility. Work is performed on day shift.
