About The Position

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a custodian with successful and progressive experience in providing cleaning services to patient and non-patient areas. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor. The position is located in Winter Park and requires English fluency for training. The work schedule is 3 days a week, primarily on weekends, with the exact hours to be determined during the interview. The pay rate is $15/hr.

Requirements

• Successful and progressive experience in providing cleaning services to patient and non-patient areas
• Dedicated and hard working
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
• Attention to detail and follow-through a must
• Ability to understand and handle sensitive and confidential matters
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
• English fluency preferred (for training)

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and disinfecting of patient rooms, and ancillary areas
• Cleans in-patient and non-patient rooms
• Remove bio-medical waste, trash and soiled soiled linen
• Completes patient room and bathroom cleaning daily to accommodate discharges/admissions and overall cleanliness
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance
• Maintains compliance with all our policies and procedures.
