KVC Missouri Residential Care Job Summary The Custodian provides custodial services for designated buildings KVC Missouri is a nonprofit child placing and behavioral health agency with a long legacy of compassionately serving children and families. KVC Missouri's Residential Treatment program offers therapeutic services in a 24/7-supervised facility for children and teenagers with acute emotional and behavioral problems. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possess a current, valid MO class F driver's license and meet the Great Circle requirements for driver’s insurance
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently.
• Demonstrated high degree of reliability and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Follow housekeeping schedule and scope of work as outlined by supervisor
• Maintains and cleans all floors, walls, glass surfaces, picking up debris, sweeping, mopping, wiping down, scrubbing and vacuuming surfaces
• Cleans, monitors, and maintains restrooms, break rooms, offices, classrooms, corridors, entryways, walking areas and common use areas
• Empty trash receptacles replace liners and places trash in dumpsters
• Replenish personal care products and sanitary supplies
• Spot clean mats, flooring, including carpets and uses janitorial equipment such as extractors, scrubbers, buffers, commercial vacuums and shampoo machines
• Wipes down chairs/sanitizing chairs, countertops, desks, light switches, light lenses, door handles, door jambs, railings, doors, stalls and fixtures
