About The Position
The PPS Company custodian is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all company facilities. They will operate under company guidelines and policies while performing daily custodial activities.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation.
- Works independently with little to no supervision.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Applicant must be able to furnish a valid US driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle report.
- Applicant must consent to a pre-employment criminal background check and potential drug test prior to an offer of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collects trash and any loose debris and places into designated containers.
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms.
- Sweeps and mops hard surface floors.
- Vacuums all area rugs, conference room(s), carpeted offices, stairwells.
- Cleans kitchen/breakroom area(s) including counters and floors.
- Dusts and polishes furniture in common areas as needed.
- Use basic cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
