About The Position

This is a part-time Custodian position with evening and weekend shifts, approximately 20 hours per week. The role involves performing custodial duties, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient use of cleaning compounds and chemicals. The position also requires CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire, and completion of various trainings within 90 days of hire.

Requirements

• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

Nice To Haves

• One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.
