About The Position
The Custodian performs cleaning duties at facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. The role includes cleaning common areas such as kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications, and maintaining cleaning supplies. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Dedicated self-starter who can multitask while paying attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform facility cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
- Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, and perform other cleaning tasks.
- Clean common areas, including kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms, to ServiceMaster specifications.
- Maintain supplies, including clean towels, mops, and chemical refills.
