Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Experience in grounds maintenance.
- Must successfully complete multiple background checks.
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines, instructions, and material safety data sheets.
- Ability to write simple reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
- Regular standing and walking.
- Frequent use of hands and arms.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Keeping facilities looking their best through cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, waste removal, and general building upkeep.
- Assisting with facility inspections, inventory management, special projects, and communication with team members to ensure exceptional service throughout the building (depending on shift).
