About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals to join their family as Custodians. This role involves serving public school customers by performing various cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash. Additional duties may include snow removal, carpet cleaning, and stripping/waxing floors. The position requires individuals to be 18 years or older with a positive attitude, be a team player, customer service focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
