About The Position

Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town. At Revelstoke Mountain Resort, we take pride in how well kept and clean our facilities are. In the Lift Operations Custodian Department, you will oversee all on mountain facilities as well as stock all other departments with essential supplies.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• In good health and capable of working in a physically demanding job.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced level skier or snowboarder (winter applicants only)
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• First aid skills an asset.
• M.S.D.S. training an asset (provided to all staff)

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop wash and polish floors.
• Clean public bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean public areas such as changing rooms and parking lots.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Wash windows, hallway walls and ceilings.
• Transport water containers to other outdoor staff.
• Occasionally assist with the Grounds crew and Lift Operations.
