About The Position

That's why we employ dedicated teams of customer service and sales representatives, and operations personnel to ensure each of our customers are offered the same attention to detail.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse facility. This role is essential to keeping our workspace organized, operational, and welcoming for all employees.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and consistent performance.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, follow directions accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, minor repairs, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Awareness of safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ability to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in custodial, warehouse, or general maintenance roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal (inside and outside), and recycling management.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance, such as painting, basic carpentry, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist with light outdoor maintenance and seasonal tasks as required.
• Operate basic maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to support facility needs.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
