About The Position

Custodian member is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the tribal facilities. This position description is not an exhaustive listing of the expectations associated with the role and additional tasks may be assigned as needed by management. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 12 months from start date as a condition of continued employment

Nice To Haves

• One (1) years’ experience in custodial or housekeeping duties is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility stays clean and sanitized.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and clean wood, glass, doors, tables, chairs, machines, and carpets.
• Responsible for cleanliness of floors in assigned public and employee areas, which includes all front and back of the building.
• Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen areas
• Maintain and clean equipment used; use equipment properly.
• Responsible for informing Manager of any cleaning supplies or maintenance concerns needed.
• Ensure all applicable operating policies and procedures are always adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
