About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! This full-time position is located at Clemson University and offers afternoon and evening shifts. A background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility are required. HHS is a private, family-owned business founded in 1975, dedicated to caring for its team members and providing honest, quality-driven customer service. HHS provides services including housekeeping, food, and facility management to nearly 1,000 customers across six industries.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Nice To Haves

Custodial experience (cleaning, housekeeping, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician)

Responsibilities

Clean assigned areas of the university campus, including classrooms, common areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and more
Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals on campus
Perform cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures to maintain floors
Perform floor stripping and extraction projects as assigned
Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
