About The Position

Keeps the assigned retail store and grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. This position starts at $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. All team members are eligible for a variety of career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. Full time team members are also eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Cleans restrooms, sales floor, offices, break room, and other work areas.
• Sweeps, dust mops, wet mops floors, and uses floor scrubbing machine.
• Vacuums and cleans rugs and carpets.
• Empties wastebaskets, garbage cans and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Restocks bathrooms with supplies.
• Cleans fixtures, shelving, glass doors, and window seals.
• Picks up trash and litter from building grounds and dumpster area.
• Removes shopping carts from the store grounds and returns to inside of store.
• Breaks down boxes and transports to cardboard container.
• Checks air fresheners and change batteries and supplies when needed.
• Maintain and clean work area (custodial closet), along with following SOP guidelines for work area.
• Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Store Manager or other member of management.
• Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
