Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math operations.
• Common sense understanding to follow simple instructions and handle standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills for manufacturing equipment operation and Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral communication skills – speak clearly, listen well, and respond to questions effectively.
• Excellent teamwork – contribute to a positive team spirit and support others’ efforts to succeed.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Initiative – volunteer readily, seek increased responsibilities, and offer help when needed.
• Dedication to quality and quantity – complete work timely and efficiently.
• Safety and security awareness – observe procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use materials accurately.

Responsibilities

• Separate recyclables and construction debris, ensuring they are placed accurately for collection.
• Keep production areas exceptionally clean and sanitized according to daily schedules and as needed.
• Assist with general labor tasks such as point touch-up and pre-shipment building cleaning.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing air filters, moving furniture, and snow removal.
• Identify maintenance tasks and communicate requirements to outside contractors.
• Recommend measures to improve electrical infrastructure, equipment performance, and energy conservation.
• Operate a forklift (certification will be provided if needed).
• Undertake other assigned duties that help build an enjoyable and pride-filled workplace.
