About The Position
Westaff is looking for a Custodian in Ayer MA for Immediate Start! This role involves maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order throughout facility spaces, supporting daily cleaning, floor care, and basic maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Facility maintenance experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Able to work independently and with a team
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine cleaning
- Buff and polish floors
- Handle general custodial and industrial cleaning
- Assist with minor facility repairs and equipment upkeep
- Track and restock cleaning supplies
- Work with team to complete cleaning schedules
