About The Position

The Custodian maintains an assigned area of building and grounds at Omo Ranch Elementary to a high standard of cleanliness and safe operating condition. The position replenishes the school stockroom, fills teachers’ requests for supplies, and performs manual work throughout offices and buildings. Duties include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and dusting, as well as caring for floors, floor coverings, furniture, classroom fixtures, and toilet room fixtures. The Custodian operates mechanical floor cleaners and polishers.

Requirements

• Provide one current letter of recommendation, written within the last two years.
• Provide a resume.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned area of building and grounds in a clean and safe operating condition.
• Replenish the school stockroom.
• Fill teachers’ requests for supplies.
• Clean, sweep, mop, polish, and dust offices and buildings.
