About The Position

Spartan Logistics is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join their team at their new location in Darlington, SC. The role involves maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees. This is a full-time, hourly position with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 6 months of cleaning experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
• Physically able to bend, kneel, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
• All candidates must successfully complete a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and refilling dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Cleaning break rooms, including sinks, countertops, and appliances
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners
• Maintaining janitorial equipment in clean, safe working conditions
• Using and labeling all chemicals properly and safely
• Performing other duties as assigned
