The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. The Custodian is expected to follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules, take direction, and respond to supervision professionally. Effective communication with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers is essential. The role may involve filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads in completing punch-list items. A professional appearance and conduct, understanding of customer service, and familiarity with reporting systems are also key aspects of this position.
