About The Position
El Rio Golf Course, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Custodian! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provides daily cleaning services for all of the operations, including cleanliness of the offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, and other areas as required. Looking for someone to come in 5 to 6 days a week to clean the facility. It can either be early in the morning or late evenings.
Requirements
- Less than high school education; or one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associate may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for the equipment the associate may use are in English).
Responsibilities
- Provide daily cleaning for all of the operation including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
- Perform light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying of trash cans and ashtrays
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as required
