This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, picking up and removing trash and debris. The Custodian will also be responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material, delivering and retrieving items to guest rooms, stocking linen supplies, and ensuring preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to handle bio-chemical materials.
• Ability to deliver and retrieve items to guest rooms.
• Ability to stock linen supplies and manage linen carts.
• Ability to perform preventative care of equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.
• Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms.
• Stock linen supplies in linen closets; load and unload linen carts.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
