Second Shift Part-time Custodian
About The Position
Granby Public Schools is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual for a second shift part-time custodian position. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning activities within the school building and its immediate surroundings, including grounds, walkways, paths, exits, and entranceways. In addition to primary custodial duties, the role may also involve performing minor maintenance tasks as required. This position operates under the supervision of the Head Custodian, Lead Custodian, Facilities Manager, Facilities Director, and collaborates with the School Principal. The role is part-time, with 4 hours per shift, Monday through Friday. Working hours can be flexible between 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, based on operational needs. The entry rate of pay is $25.55 per hour. Successful candidates must undergo a state and national criminal history check, as well as a DCF search.
