Multi-Site Custodian
About The Position
AMLI Residential is looking for a Custodian to join their team at 2 apartment communities. This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping the community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for residents and guests. The Custodian will help maintain the high standards of the community by keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy, maintaining curb appeal through raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep, caring for the pool and related equipment, handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting, and taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and pride in your work!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!
Responsibilities
