2nd Shift Custodian
About The Position
Gordon Food Service is seeking a 2nd Shift Custodian to join their team at the Distribution Center in Shepherdsville, KY. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and organized operational environment. The custodian will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, and performing outdoor maintenance such as clearing snow and maintaining landscaping. The position requires the ability to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -25F to 100F, and involves handling frozen products. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F).
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Successfully pass a drug test (including marijuana).
- Successfully pass a background check.
