About The Position

This is a part time position at our Lititz Pike Fresh Foods, requiring evening week day availability, 4pm-9pm, and Sunday availability, between the hours of 8am-5pm. Stauffers of Kissel Hill is a local and family owned company that values teamwork, respect, integrity, commitment, and service. We promote our team from within our own company and will teach you with on the job training and leadership classes.

Requirements

Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Employee must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Checks Vendors into the store upon arrival and out when leaving the store.
Checks to make sure bakery oven is on for the bakery use, if applicable.
Cleans and replenishes restrooms and lunchrooms with related supplies.
Empties trash containers throughout the store.
Escorts employees to parking area during non-business hours, as needed.
Maintains related equipment and supplies
Makes sure store is kept locked and secure during non-business hours.
Monitors refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation and contacts proper personnel in case of malfunctions.
Notifies management concerning the need for any major repairs.
Regulates light control and makes sure that the gates are closed at the designated times when closing the store.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, stripping and re-coating & buffs retail floor space.
