About The Position

Seabury Custodians are highly rewarded! We are searching for enthusiastic, caring team members for our Continuing Care Community. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ months experience in a similar position working with commercial cleaning machines and equipment. This is a part-time position working in the evenings. The hours can be flexible, generally working various weekdays days from 7pm - 9pm. Apply today!

Requirements

At least 6+ months experience in a similar position working with commercial cleaning machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

Ability to read, speak and understand the English language clearly.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures, practices, safety regulations and guidelines.
Working knowledge of floor and carpet maintenance equipment.
Courtesy and cooperation in dealing with residents and staff.
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, or push for majority of the day in order to perform functions
