About The Position

This position will be responsible for completion of the following items in addition to those listed in the Job Description. It is vital for the summer custodial program that all employees have reliable attendance; preferably no more than four missed days during the season. Temporary deviations to the daily work location(s) may occur in order to meet district requirements. Routinely check buildings and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety. Inform supervisor of any deficiencies. Be familiar with all materials and equipment used in preventative maintenance of the building and grounds. Properly clean and maintain all areas of responsibility to the level of sanitation and safety that is determined and governed by supervisor and state and federal laws.

Requirements

Must be in good physical health, capable of lifting up to 50lbs, working at various heights, and perform various types of physical labor for an 8 hour shift.
Required to have a valid First Aid card including CPR and training for HIV/AIDS procedures.
Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation Fingerprint Clearance.
Valid Washington State driver’s license or evidence of mobility.
Proof of Immunization (if born 1/1/57 or later).
I-9 Employment Eligibility in compliance with the Immigrations Reform and Control Act.
