Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to operate and use commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals related to this work.
Maintain professionalism and complete tasks while working independently without supervision or in a team atmosphere.
High School diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within two year per period.
Current Washington State Driver’s License.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test (pre-hire drug test does not test for THC).

Responsibilities

Cleans and sanitizes all assigned areas in accordance with company policies, county, state and federal health requirements including: kitchen, lobby, restrooms, walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills, corridors.
Operates floor care equipment and other equipment related to this work.
Waste removal and cleaning of restrooms, customer and employee areas, and exterior areas around building and fuel pumps.
Records and reports any maintenance problems found.
Uses ladder to reach high areas for cleaning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
