About The Position

Heritage CDJR/VW Parkville is now hiring a Custodian/Janitor to join our energetic and growing team! As a Custodian, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly and looking its best. You’ll assist the Service Manager with a variety of team tasks, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both our employees and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to understand verbal instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies

Responsibilities

• Performs general, routine custodial duties.
• Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.
• Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
• Unlocks doors, ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areas.
• Reports needs and concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
