About The Position
Perform custodial duties in the Wilmington Distribution Center on a daily basis. This role involves standard cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash collection throughout offices, common areas, and restrooms. The custodian will also operate a floor scrubber and perform other assigned duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Independence and initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent time and attendance.
- Knowledgeable with all safety procedures and practices safe operation at all times.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard custodial cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting) in all restrooms, lunchrooms, offices and common areas.
- Collect and remove all trash from offices, conference rooms, cubicles, desks, restrooms, and lunchrooms.
- Replace can liners as needed.
- Operate floor scrubber throughout the DC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
