To learn more, visit our benefits and perks page . ______________________________________________________________________ Position Overview: Schedule: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm The Facilities Associate's main responsibility is to follow the daily work schedule for the assigned area. It may include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping floors, empty/clean wastebaskets, and wiping down work areas. This is an essential on-site role, which requires regular on-site attendance.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
• Ability to provide a professional and enthusiastic outlook and perspective
• Self-motivation to maintain a clean work environment throughout the facility
• Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude
• Physical ability to perform a full range of cleaning and custodial duties, as well as operation of cleaning equipment as required
• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Capable of standing or walking the entire shift
• Capable of working with varying cleaning liquids, powders, sprays, soaps, etc.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50lbs from floor to shoulder height
• Possible exposure to blood and/or other bodily fluids
• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, meeting rooms, offices,windows, doors, and associated equipment and fixtures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean and maintain bathrooms
• Collect trash and cardboard throughout the facility and transport to proper location
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc.
• Perform additional cleaning services as required
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
