About The Position

Audi North OC, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated and hard-working Custodian to join their team. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, as well as the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of equipment. Candidates with experience in cleaning or general labor will be considered.

Requirements

Ability to wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Ability to take direction from multiple employees and prioritize work based on requirement to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to perform general building maintenance and repairs.
Ability to perform basic landscaping work.
Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Ability to use technical reference materials and technical manuals in written and online formats.
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
High school diploma or the equivalent and 3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in cleaning or general labor.

Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Maintaining building maintenance and services.
Safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of equipment.
Ensure world class facility is maintained in accordance with PAG standards.
Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when performing janitorial duties.
Perform duties in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the dealership and PAG values.
