About The Position
San Marcos Academy (SMA), located in San Marcos, one of the fastest growing regions in Texas, is a fully accredited private Christian school for students in PreK 3 through 12th grade, with a boarding program for students in grades 6–12. Since 1907, the Academy has provided a tradition of excellence in private Christian education, preparing young men and women for lives of leadership, service, and faith. This is a part-time position with 403b retirement available. The work week is Monday through Friday, early mornings and day shifts.
Requirements
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Be able to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend on-call duty

Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary buildings on the campus of San Marcos Academy
- Vacuuming, sweeping, moping
- Cleaning glass doors, windows
- Remove all trash from building, office, hallways
- Clean and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, showers, partitions, and surfaces
- Clean water fountains
- Clean chalkboards, chalk trays, and white boards where applicable
- Clean Break Room sink, microwave, furniture
- Clean light fixtures as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
