Requirements

1–2 years of custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience.
Dependable attendance and a strong history of being on time.
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
Ability to safely operate commercial cleaning equipment.
Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
Ability to follow instructions and safely use cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, stairways, and common areas.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors.
Operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and other cleaning equipment.
Emptying trash and waste containers.
Cleaning and restocking restrooms and supply areas.
Dusting surfaces, vents, and other building areas.
Monitoring and replenishing soap, paper products, and other supplies.
Assisting with basic facility upkeep, such as replacing light bulbs.
Helping maintain exterior areas, including parking lots.
Following proper procedures for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
