About The Position
Thomas College is seeking a Custodian for the first shift to clean and maintain specific areas of residence halls and other campus buildings. This role involves tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, toilets, showers, and other surfaces. Seasonal duties include light snow removal and salting of entryways. The position requires the ability to operate job-related mechanical devices and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable with computer systems and applications.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
