Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Custodian – Part-Time. As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
• Capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Operate minor cleaning equipment
• Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Certifications/licensing (if required by facility)

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning based on each facility’s needs
• Sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
• Proper waste disposal
• Maintain daily cleaning logs and reports
• Collaborate with on-site staff to complete tasks efficiently
