About The Position

The Cleaning Attendant will be responsible for cleaning our facility, maintaining all indoor areas and premises in orderly condition. Maintains a courteous disposition. Strong attention to detail and conscientious of a safe work environment. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and hard work ethic.

Requirements

• Previous experience as custodian, janitor, or similar role
• Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Great at communication
• Well organized
• Responsible, and Trustworthy
• Detail oriented
• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with tasks
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and appliances
• Knowledge of safe disposal of chemicals liquids and other hazardous components
• Reliable
• Loyal and caring

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Wash and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks and restock disposables (e.g., soap)
• Wipe mirrors and windows
• Dust off surfaces
• Laundry
• Undertake occasional tasks such as moving tables, chairs, etc.
• Proper usage of supplied janitorial chemicals
• Proper use of safety gear
• Report major damages and oversee repairs
• Security of company property
• Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash and tidying workspace
