About The Position
The Custodian keeps our base area clean, stocked, and safe so guests can focus on the mountain. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Able to pass an MVR background check.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the resort base area, including the restroom trailers.
- Handle all aspects of trash collection and removal.
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
- Identify safety issues and report them promptly to the Resort Services Manager.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Monitor supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Deliver enthusiastic, professional service to every guest.
- Communicate well with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Follow supervisor direction and perform other duties as assigned.
