This part time (10 hours per week) Custodian role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the Mascoma Bank Littleton NH office. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring our spaces are well-maintained, organized, and welcoming for team members and customers alike.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MSDS/SDS sheets, and safety standards
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
Professional appearance consistent with Mascoma Bank standards
Valid driver’s license required for travel between locations
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Successfully complete background and credit screenings

Responsibilities

Clean floors, surfaces, and restrooms to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Remove trash and transport recycling to outside zero-sort dumpsters
Disinfect spaces, clean break rooms, and restock supplies
Wash windows and maintain general appearance of facilities
Operate and maintain modern powered cleaning equipment
Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with MSDS/SDS guidelines
Follow all safety protocols and successfully complete a background check
Perform additional duties as needed to support facilities operations
