About The Position
The Custodian at Chippington Tower II, a 214-unit elderly property in Madison, Tennessee, helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role maintains common areas and community grounds, assists with trash-outs of vacant units, buffs and waxes floors, and supports light maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Willingness to help where needed.
- Interest in learning and growing in property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas and community grounds.
- Assist with trash-outs of vacant units.
- Buff and wax floors.
- Support light maintenance tasks.
