Requirements

High School Diploma.
Working knowledge of basic housekeeping equipment and supplies with preference given to Healthcare environment.
Experience as custodian, housekeeper or maintenance person.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge and understanding of sanitation, cleanliness, safety and facility upkeep.
Must have access to a personal vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Preference given to experience in a Healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Performing minor interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
Knowledge and ability to use various custodial and maintenance equipment and to perform light maintenance tasks.
Follow directions and work independently within an assigned routine.
Ability to work and maintain boundaries in settings populated by substance abuse and mental health patients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
